This article is about the biography of women soldier and her role for integrating women fully into the army. There is a reason why I choose her biography because she show a good way of becoming a women soldier if we compare the women soldier in Soviet Union during a battle to resist their motherland from being invaded by the Nazi Germany, both women and men play the same role in their service and it is a force from the USSR government and this is not from their will.
The synopsis for this article is a women name Anne Field that enlisting in Auxiliary Territorial Service(ATS) later known as WRAC(Women's Royal Army Corps)in 1949.She enlisted in September 1947 she she was 21.Her first role was Assistant Director at HQ UK Land Forces and then as director of WRAC suggested that women actually join the specialist corps of their choice from start.
Anne Hodgson was April 4 1926 at Keswick. Her father Captain Harold Derwent Hodgson had served in the Royal Engineers. She was initially a platoon commander but during the Malayan Emergency she served in Singapore and Malaya. In 1961,she was promoted major then chief instructor at the WRAC centre,Guildford. She retired in april 1982 as CB(Military).
I like this article because it is the struggle of women for its carrier as a soldier and to advance the military unit for more cooperate in the battle strategies.Other than that this show a women or can be a good leader if be at the right.I also see she as a women not look herself because just because be in the support unit for an army. She keep herself in a good mood to help upgrade for military thinking by combining support unit with infantry unit.
From this article,I can conclude that military service also can be a good carrier and military personnel are care by the arm organisation .Furthermore.now more women are join in military services compared with the times after we get an indipendence.
It's not carrier... It's career...
