Stress

       As human being we cannot avoid from stress.The immatured children also can feel stress if the children fail to complete what they want.Actually stress is not exist in our minds eventhough the psychiatry do some test to us except the stress getting serious.Actually till now the scientist cannot define precisely what is stress because stress is very subjective and the effect are differ individually.Most of us interpret stress is a bad condition of mind.

       If we look from the different perspective stress,we can see stress can be a good catalyst for someone to succes.For example a man is challenge to send an item in a limited time,this person will feel stress to complete his mission.He will do whatever he can.Stress is same like a tension of piano string,not enough produce a dull raspy sound too much will produce irritating screech but just the correct degree of stress creates a melodious sound.Similar with our lives,we have to get the right tone to get the right music.we have to learn how to utilize stress and transform it to become a good energy not a timer bomb.

       In the other words,stress is come when desire to complete a task same as the planning schedule but fail to complete it or been force to do something that we think hard.From this moment our metabolism rises and adrenal gland avtive same as we get nervous before start a competition.A person health condition become severe if this condition prolonged.Many diseases get rise from this such heart attack.

       Another person can know the other stress level by sympton that show unintentionally by the victim of the serious stress.The victim will have confusion,disorganization forgefullness and feeling worthlessness.The are no panacea for this solution.The victim must free from thinking the problem or solve the problem to release stress.At this point friends or other important person play an important role to make sure the victim heal completely.

        The conclusion is all of us cannot avoid from become the victim of stress,so we must handle the stress properly to make sure we not been controlled by our emotion.
